The rules and conditions that apply when you use MODUGCAI.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of MODUGCAI and any AI-generated UGC video creation services we provide. By placing an order, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
MODUGCAI creates AI-generated or AI-assisted user-generated-content-style videos based on the brief, product information, media, references, and instructions supplied by the customer.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your email address, product details, links, references, and any creative instructions required to produce the requested videos.
You are responsible for checking the information you submit before production begins. Delays caused by missing, inaccurate, inaccessible, or conflicting information may affect the delivery timeline.
Prices are displayed at checkout in the currency shown on the order page. Payment must be successfully completed before production begins unless MODUGCAI has expressly agreed to another arrangement in writing.
Where available, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or WooCommerce Payments. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies, and MODUGCAI does not store your complete payment-card details.
The number and scope of revisions, where offered, depend on the package purchased or the specific agreement with the customer. A revision means a reasonable change to the submitted creative direction; a completely new concept, product, script, or brief may be treated as a new request.
Customers should review delivered content promptly and communicate requested changes within the applicable revision period stated at checkout or in the order confirmation.
Because our services involve custom creative production, refund eligibility may depend on whether production has started and how much work has already been completed.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel and refund the order, subject to any applicable payment-provider fees or other disclosed conditions. Once substantial production has started, a full refund may not be available.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
You retain ownership of the product information, logos, images, videos, brand assets, and other materials you provide to us, subject to the rights of any third parties.
You grant MODUGCAI a limited, non-exclusive permission to use those materials solely as necessary to provide the services, process your order, communicate with you, and deliver the requested content.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use the materials you submit.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once the applicable order has been paid in full, you may use the final delivered videos for your own marketing, advertising, social-media, website, and commercial purposes, subject to the rights of third-party materials, platforms, music, voices, likenesses, trademarks, or other assets included in the deliverable.
MODUGCAI does not guarantee that a third-party platform will approve, distribute, or continue to support a particular creative asset.
AI-generated media can contain imperfections, unexpected visual details, pronunciation issues, artifacts, or other inaccuracies. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver content consistent with the approved brief, but we do not guarantee that every AI-generated element will be perfectly accurate or indistinguishable from real-world footage.
You are responsible for reviewing the final content before publishing it, particularly where it contains product claims, pricing, health or performance claims, testimonials, or regulated advertising statements.
You may not use MODUGCAI to create content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or intended to facilitate wrongdoing. You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use or request content that violates the rights of another person or organization.
We may refuse or cancel requests that present legal, safety, platform-policy, or reputational risks.
MODUGCAI’s website, branding, interface, software, templates, systems, and original materials remain the property of MODUGCAI or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our underlying technology, systems, or brand assets to you.
Our website or services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, communications, storage, AI generation, or other functionality. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies, and temporary outages or changes to those services may affect availability.
Our services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific advertising performance, sales results, engagement, conversion rates, or approval by any particular advertising or social-media platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MODUGCAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after an update means that you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
